Key Responsibilities: Own the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, including cloud services and SaaS agreements, amendments, nondisclosure agreements, RFP responses, statements of work, direct and indirect licensing agreements, BAAs, DPAs, and other cloud-based transactions. You will partner directly with Sales and collaborate across Data Privacy, Security, Product Counsel, Finance, and other business functions to negotiate cloud and SaaS transactions, address evolving business models, and improve how Genesys contracts at scale.
