The Payroll Analyst I serves as a subject matter expert in payroll processing and analysis, partnering cross-functionally with HR Management, Total Rewards, HRIS, and field operations to support labor agreements, resolve payroll issues, and improve payroll processes. POSITION SUMMARY: The Payroll Analyst I supports enterprise payroll operations by processing, auditing, and analyzing payroll for a large, complex, and highly unionized workforce of 40,000+ employees across 150+ collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
