You will play a key role in driving our mission of making solar energy accessible and affordable for everyone. You will be working from a retail showroom where there are over 30,000 customers shopping per week.  Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.</li><li>Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.</li><li>Present and explain the benefits of solar energy, including financial savings, environmental impact, and energy independence.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes, addressing customer questions and concerns.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar products, and competitors.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with customers to ensure a smooth installation process.</li><li>Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.</li><li>Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.</li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.</li><li>Profecent English speaker (Bilingual is a plus)</li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>Competitive base commission structure.</li><li>Comprehensive training program to ensure your success.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment.</li></ul>Additional Information: 1-3 Year experience in sales and/or Solar is required.  Locations:  <ul><li>San Marcos, Ca</li></ul>This position is ideal for someone passionate about the Solar revolution, who enjoys helping others, possesses high energy, and prefers an active role over a desk job.
