Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production operations, or industrial environments (switchgear, switchboard, or electrical panel experience strongly preferred). Support materials management, production control, and inventory control activities as needed, including cycle counting, part flow organization, and visual management systems for components (breakers, bus bar, connectors, enclosures, etc.).
