The Senior Director leads a multidisciplinary organization consisting of production personnel, technicians, engineers, continuous improvement resources, and operational leaders to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and scalable operations. The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and overall performance of manufacturing, service and repair, continuous improvement, and kitting/labeling operations supporting Bioventus' Surgical Solutions portfolio.
