Lead or support the development, review, and maintenance of program and acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), white papers, requirements documents, task descriptions, meeting minutes, technical assessments, cost evaluation inputs, and decision support materials. SAIC seeks systems engineering, technical, acquisition, and program integration support to Government customers in the execution of research, development, prototype, test, transition, and related acquisition activities.
