Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Position requires comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of Department of State and Bureau of Diplomatic Security policies, programs, missions, and functions, along with knowledge of mobilization, operational, and transportation functions, involving motorcade operation and vehicle utilization. Primary Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible for preparing, formulating, developing, and implementing routes to and from locations domestically and, in foreign locations, tactical maneuvers involving motorcade operations and procedures for safely operating the Secretary's vehicle, in conjunction with agents on the Secretary's Detail.
