The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, mortgage operations teams, and technology partners to identify, evaluate, and implement technology and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and the overall experience across the non-Agency mortgage lifecycle within the Loan Origination Systems. This role is responsible for leading discovery with business teams to understand desired outcomes, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate or eliminate manual activities, and leverage AI and emerging technologies where appropriate.
