Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in multiple business systems analysis disciplines (marketing, reporting, operations, data, interactive, QA or digital) Support and coordinate the marketing campaign, reporting and database processes and associated tasks such as requirements, functional specification and other client documentation Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing, and associated activities such as test plan, test cases and test execution Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems Support and coordinate Change Management initiatives Support and coordinate Issue Management events from identification through resolution Manage and prioritize project work streams with input from the client and internal client services teams.
