The Electrical Engineering Manager provides leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance for members of the electrical engineering team while partnering closely with Preconstruction, Design Management, Performance Engineering, HV/Substation, Procurement, Quality, Commissioning, and Operations to reduce risk and support the successful delivery of safe, reliable, and high-performing plants. Identify electrical risks and tradeoffs at the project level, including NERC compliance, protection schemes, and grid-integration risks, and support mitigation planning in pursuits, budgets, risk registers, and quality plans.
