Creation of a variety of learning assets, including instructor-led training (ILT) materials, web-based training (WBT), student instructional materials and learning aids, storyboards, video scripts, scenario-based learning, and knowledge and skill-based assessments. This role involves collaborating with internal project team members, government stakeholders; subcontractors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging, instructionally sound training programs that meet mission-specific and regulatory requirements.
