REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BS or MS degree in Paper Science, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or minimum of 3 to 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
