Masters degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physical Science, or a related technical discipline Ten (10) years of experience in systems engineering, systems analysis, systems integration, systems development, or a related technical field Strong understanding of systems engineering methodologies and best practices Experience supporting requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, testing, verification, and validation efforts Experience developing technical solutions for complex engineering challenges Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering efforts Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required. Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs Experience serving as a Technical Lead or Lead Systems Engineer Experience supporting large-scale or complex systems engineering programs Experience supporting acquisition, modernization, or lifecycle management initiatives Experience developing engineering strategies and system architectures Experience leading integration, verification, validation, and testing activities Experience mentoring engineering teams Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering approaches.
