This position is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining robust testing processes, mentoring electrical test employees and leading the design, development, delivery, validation, support and troubleshooting of manual and automated production test equipment and programs. Oversee the planning, specification, development, delivery, validation, and support of automated, semi-automated, and manual test systems, consisting of power sources, loads, instruments, software, and network/serial communication.
