Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field in lieu of degree 8 years' experience can be substituted. The selected candidate will evaluate adversary and competitor space-based communications capabilities, including satellite payloads, communications networks, ground segments, frequency usage, resiliency features, and future modernization initiatives.
