Responsibilities Lead small-to-medium systems deployment and integration initiatives from planning through implementation and operationalization Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring the work progress, timelines, and dependencies remain on track Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document operational processes Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and workflow discussions to support solution design and implementation Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, issue tracking, validation, and resolution follow-up Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, implementation trackers, documentation, and supporting materials Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts and proactively raise issues when appropriate Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and multi-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Partner with Project Management teams to support governance, achievement tracking, status reporting, and decision management Collaborate with Business Optimization & Enablement teams to align systems with business processes, workflows, and operational requirements Support communication, training, adoption, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes Create and maintain business process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and operational guides Prepare presentations, status updates, meeting recaps, and executive-ready materials as needed Support continuous improvement efforts by finding opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and implementation approaches Mentor and provide guidance to Senior Analysts while supporting overall delivery quality and consistency Required Skills & Competencies Experience supporting systems deployments, operational implementations, business systems initiatives, or technology-enabled business projects Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deliverables Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities Experience gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements Understands deployment planning, testing/UAT, communications, readiness, cutover, hypercare, risks, and partner management.
