The position includes supporting daily requests from the operations high bay floor, supporting SV EGSE test sets and workstations including connecting to the ATL network, managing user accounts and share drive access, providing network access to various high bay locations for floor ops, border crossing of new EGSE test sets and hardware onto the ATL network. Ability to build, deploy, configure Windows 10, 11, Windows Server, Linux RHEL 7,8 or 9 or other Linux distributions as well as troubleshooting IT systems hardware (i.e. Windows/Linux workstations, servers, storage appliances, network switches).
