This role supports the design, prototyping, and improvement of digital data-collection applications and workflows-including the Management and Oversight Review (MOR) solution-to replace fragmented, manual, or spreadsheet-driven processes, and develops dashboards, metrics, visualizations, and analytical products that improve visibility into program status, performance, schedule, risks, and dependencies. The incumbent works directly with program managers, portfolio staff, analysts, and data owners to identify information requirements, data gaps, and opportunities to improve program delivery, designing, developing, and maintaining repeatable data integration processes, structured data models, and data-quality controls that produce trusted program and portfolio-level information.
