This individual does not need to be the primary instructor for every course but should have the technical knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills necessary to confidently demonstrate rescue techniques, coach students through hands-on evolutions, and support the Lead Instructor in delivering a consistent, high-quality training program. Ability to perform physically demanding rescue evolutions, including climbing, lifting, carrying equipment, working at heights, maneuvering in confined spaces, and working while wearing required PPE.
