You will initially work alongside ownership and our employees to learn every aspect of the business , including field operations, customer service, scheduling, sales, hiring, training, inventory, equipment, financial performance, and team leadership. Prior experience supervising employees in home services, construction, landscaping, pest control, electrical work, hospitality, retail, logistics, military service, or another service-oriented business is highly desirable.
