The Systems Engineer possesses the background and skills to communicate both with customers and IDT designers, lead and collaborate with development and deployment teams, and define product features and capabilities to apply automated Testing and Analysis technologies for rapid assessment and deployment of capability.
The ideal candidate will have skills applicable to instrumentation and data recording, data analysis, behavior assessment against requirements, understanding of Combat Systems, Kill Chains and/or Effects Chains, and presentation/visualization methods to help the System Analyst understand results and take corrective actions. Initiative, creativity, reliability, and efficient teamwork will be required to successfully deliver innovative solutions in this dynamic customer space.
The selected Systems Engineer will be responsible to turn customer’s goals and needs into solutions.
