This role serves as the Workplace Services Lead for endpoint management across 4 public clouds (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP)and acts as a key interface between Client Stakeholders, Accenture Delivery Towers, Security, Service Desk, and Global Tools teams. The role owns endpoint and device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable service delivery aligned to contractual commitments, SLAs, and client expectations.
