Required Skills: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting, coordinating, developing, and/or delivering adult learning and training programs, including classroom instruction, virtual training, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises or simulations. Experience developing training support materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, instructional videos, and other learning resources; basic graphic design and multimedia skills are desirable to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
