Core responsibilities:Support system design and simulation using HOLOPLOT PLAN, proprietary tools, EASE, and similar softwareTranslate venue and client requirements into practical technical solutionsPrepare technical deliverables: simulation results, system proposals, measurement reports, stakeholder documentationCommission, tune, test, and troubleshoot HOLOPLOT systems on‑siteCommunicate professionally with venue teams, integrators, production crews, and internal colleaguesProvide remote and on‑site after‑sales support including venue changes and new showsAssist with product demos, training sessions, and partner educationDocument project learnings and contribute to workflow improvements and best practicesWhat you need to succeed in this role3–6 years of experience in professional audio, acoustics, system engineering, AV integration, or event technologyHands‑on experience planning, installing, testing, or commissioning loudspeaker systems in complex venuesDegree or equivalent practical background in acoustics, audio engineering, electrical engineering, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of acoustic simulation tools (EASE, CATT, or similar)Experience with measurement tools (SMAART, EASERA, or comparable)Familiarity with 3D drafting or CAD tools (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD) is a plusStrong problem‑solving skills, comfort working in live venue and construction environments, and confidence in demanding customer‑facing situationsAbility to work independently on defined tasks after onboardingClear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersHigh energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn complex technologyFrequent (~25% on average, 50% in key project phases) travel within the US; occasional international travelFluency in EnglishWe offer youAt HOLOPLOT, you'll work on technology that is redefining professional audio, with direct impact on globally visible projects.
