At Houston Methodist, the Nurse Anesthetist II PRN position, under the direction of the attending Anesthesiologist and Chair of the Department, functions as an experienced and qualified Certified Nurse Anesthetist providing pre-anesthesia, anesthesia and post-anesthesia services in a clinical, research and academic environment. Communicates in an active, positive and effective manner to all health care team members, asking them if they need help and creating a climate free of fear by communicating and questioning, encouraging and supporting others to do the same, constructively influencing team morale.
