Leads and facilitates the development, deployment, and monitoring of clinical quality improvement projects, patient safety improvement initiatives, and organization improvements to achieve top decile clinical outcomes and accelerate the achievement of clinical quality and safety goals. Assigned to specific performance improvement teams, to provide clinical expertise, performance improvement consultation, analysis, gap assessment, group/team facilitation and development, and guidance for the dissemination of practices that result in improved clinical outcomes.
