This leader serves as the organization's clinical authority, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to Regional Wellness Directors, community Wellness Directors and community leadership teams while fostering environments where residents thrive and team members feel supported. Develop relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, therapy providers, home health, hospice, pharmacy, technology partners, and other organizations that can enhance resident health and wellness outcomes.
