At Challenger you will start in our paid teacher training program where you will learn our unique curriculum and teaching styles through video instruction, manual study, teacher observations, and hands on experience in classroom settings across the grades. Where available, candidates may be considered for more specialized positions such as computer, P.E., art, or middle school teacher.
