Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities • Support children's social and emotional growth, including sharing, communication, and independence • Supervise children at all times, including during play, meals, and rest periods • Assist with diapering, toilet training, feeding, and basic hygiene routines • Observe and document children's development and milestones • Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and caregivers • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff • Follow all licensing regulations, health guidelines, and school policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Early Childhood Education coursework preferred) Have the childcare 40 hours or able to obtain Knowledge of child development for ages 1-3 CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift, bend, and actively engage with young children.
