Current First Aid and CPR certification, or the ability to obtain; Experience in a classroom setting; Be reliable, positive, patient, understanding and caring with children; Be flexible and able to respond to change; Excellent communication skills; Project a positive, professional image; Good organization skills, a self-starter with problem solving skills and able to complete assignments on time; Preschool Head Teacher. The program goals include teaching children to listen and react, to follow directions, to learn to take turns and share, to build self-confidence, to become aware of the world and think creatively, to make new friends, and to understand basic academic principles, like recognizing shapes, colors, the alphabet and numbers.
