Participate in school community responsibilities such as lunch duty, dismissal and hallway duties, whole-school events, daily morning meeting, weekly advisory groups, weekly data meetings, weekly content team meetings, whole-staff professional development, lesson internalization and practice, and weekly grade team meetings. We encourage modern mathematics and algorithmic thinking for the 21st century by pairing the EngageNY curriculum with Zearn to teach a conceptually based math program in small groups, while leveraging technology so students are able to work at their own pace and get instant feedback.
