Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the team – running the morning toolbox, allocating daily tasks across the 5-person team, onboarding/training, clearing floor bottlenecks, and maintaining tempo. Hands-on warehouse operations – leading by example on the floor – operating forklifts, loading/unloading, receiving, picking, packing, booking transport, and updating the system.
