Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the Academy''s leadership team, the Director of Human Resources oversees all aspects of human capital management including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits, compliance, policy development, performance management, and employee engagement. The Director of Human Resources serves as the Academy''s strategic leader for all human resources functions, ensuring SJCA attracts, develops, supports, and retains exceptional faculty and staff who advance the mission of Catholic education.
