The position requires demonstrated experience with the following skills: Utilizing Agile project management tools including Azure DevOps for tracking feature execution and release status; Providing technical direction and review/oversight to other software developers for technical assessments, review of requirements and software architecture, design, coding, testing and bug fixing; Providing advice to leadership a subsystem including overall technical status, technical plans for a release and/or milestone, technical risk assessment and highlighting and addressing blockers; Performing and presenting the technical analysis and work estimation of features in the backlog and providing a clear work breakdown for a developer to implement the feature; and Working with a broad set of software and non-software stakeholders to align inputs and dependencies to optimize delivery of software that meets consumer needs. Exposure to Salesforce DevOps, Monitoring, or Debugging tools Define solution architecture and technical roadmap for Salesforce programs Drive design decisions for data, integration, security, and non-functional requirements Review existing implementations to identify opportunities for improving performance, security, and reusability Establish best practices, reference architectures, and guardrails for delivery teams Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders; support estimations and delivery planning Ensure deployment quality through CI/CD processes (Copado) and follow best practices
Strong experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; data model & security (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing).
