The ITAM team is responsible for ensuring technology hardware, software, cloud, virtual, and emerging technology assets are properly governed throughout their lifecycle and that accurate, complete, and reliable asset data is available for operational, security, financial, regulatory, and audit purposes. The ITAM Process Manager serves as the operational lead for the ITAM process, supporting enterprise process obligations, process inventory management, risk and control alignment, audit readiness, process documentation, metrics management, process change activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
