Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technial field Understanding of HVAC & EPMS systems including ability to analyze and understand control system drawings, specifications and schematics Field/On-site/Commissioning experience Familiarity with IoT communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet Ability to work independently and remain focused in a fast-paced environment (initiative, independence, accountability, organizational and time management skills) Ability to guide & influence cross-functional teams (leadership, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills) Ability to identify, document and resolve issues (Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills, attention to detail) Open to accommodate domestic (and potentially international) travel Site safety understanding and adherence (have or able to acquire OSHA certification) What's in it for me?
