Technical leadership : Build working knowledge of the systems, APIs, and data flows within your program scope; partner with Principal Engineers and architects to shape technical approach; ramp up quickly across domains like monetization, identity and access, enterprise integrations, and real estate SaaS/lead delivery. Execution and delivery : Own the program lifecycle end to end - planning, dependency mapping, execution, launch, and post-launch follow-through - and drive the operating rhythms (status reviews, dependency checkpoints, release readiness) that keep teams delivering reliably, without subsuming team-level agile ceremonies owned by EMs and PMs.
