has wholly-owned divisions and subsidiaries that expand the customer base and increase our annual growth: Agile Engineering Division (AED) - supports DOW weapon system acquisition programs for FIRES, Air, and Aviation; KBFS - provides aviation pilot training in both rotary and fixed wing aircraft, aircraft maintenance, and related airfield operations to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications; GLSS - provides SCA/CBA contract aviation maintenance; S3I, a holding company - provides OCONUS FMS technical services, maintenance, and aviation platform training; and S3 Arabia (S3A), a subsidiary of S3I, operates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia performing those services. The KBFS GM is accountable for strategic level leadership, management, and strategic vision necessary to ensure that the subsidiary has the proper operational controls, administrative staff, reporting procedures, and personnel in place to effectively execute the missions, grow the organization, and generate a profit.
