This position is responsible for overseeing field operations, workforce planning, project execution, safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while providing leadership and mentorship to Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices across multiple projects. They will also have strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), industrial electrical systems, commissioning activities, and experience collaborating with project management, engineering, customers, and field leadership teams.
