Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management for critical security initiatives including API key security, Account Takeover (ATO) prevention, login access controls, and other risk/security/fraud prevention measures Drive cross-team dependencies and collaboration between security, fraud operations, and product engineering teams Track, communicate, and resolve program blockers across multiple workstreams Develop implementation roadmaps and execution strategies for complex security features Partner with engineering managers to define technical requirements and prioritize security enhancements Establish metrics and reporting processes to measure program effectiveness and security outcomes Facilitate decision-making processes when trade-offs are required between security, user experience, and development timelines Represent OAP security initiatives in cross-functional meetings and leadership reviews Who you are Were looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
