Working closely with the Branch General Manager and Senior Leadership, the Branch Operations Manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service while supporting the company's long-term growth and profitability. Monitor key operational metrics, including labor productivity, equipment utilization, job costing, gross margin, production quality, client retention, and safety performance to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
