Potential projects include in-source versus outsource strategic and financial analysis, technical capability, cost-benefit analysis, inventory strategy evaluation, process document authoring, enterprise software requirements management, creating strategic business processes, chartering the tool sets necessary to launch them and other ad hoc cross-functional strategic projects.
