6+ years in client-facing roles in construction, building products, or AEC, such as technical sales, business development, market development, customer-facing technical support, or a design/engineering role with direct client and project-team responsibility, with the technical aptitude to learn and represent complex product performance and the relationship command to build and grow customer accounts. Serve as the first-line building regulatory contact and support for customers, local jurisdictions, and project teams, answering routine code and product questions, drawing on the appropriate ICON subject matter experts for technical depth, and escalating complex building regulatory approval challenges to the Director.
