The Associate Director, AI Adoption & Change Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing the change management processes related to ongoing and future AI, digital, and technology advances implemented across Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) and the Development Asset Leads (DAL) organization, including AI initiatives, Planisware platform enhancements, workflow automation, and reporting modernization. The Associate Director will work closely with various departments across drug development - including PPM, DAL, AI Innovation, Data Stewardship, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Quality - to ensure that changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained, and that AI-enabled capabilities are translated into measurable business value.
