2+ years of progressively responsible, in-person experience in a local government office (non-retail), utility program, disaster recovery setting, or similar environment that includes eligibility review, documentation assessment, applicant follow-up, and case management; or 4+ years of comparable experience in these areas without an Associate's degree. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
