What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in writing, communications, English, or a related field 1+ years of experience writing documentation in a technical, operational, SaaS, or regulated environment Experience with telecom, VoIP, or related software and technology is a plus Experience using documentation or knowledge base tools such as Confluence, Docs360, LMS or similar platforms Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail Expertise in Microsoft Word and document formatting Experience translating technical or operational concepts into clear, audience‑appropriate content Comfort working with cross‑functional teams and proactively seeking information Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines A collaborative mindset and the confidence to insert yourself into conversations when clarification is needed.
