As a Gas Facilities Technician, tasks will include, but are not limited to, the continuous operation and maintenance of the following systems: Inert gas farms, specialty gas delivery systems, bulk gas delivery systems, gas plumbing, and other auxiliary equipment and controllers that support gas chemistry delivery to fab manufacturing. This technician will be responsible for proper system operation, routine cylinder changes, preventive and corrective maintenance, and responding to and troubleshooting system alarms and controls.
