Perform electrical and electronical troubleshooting such as spindle/axis servo tuning, servo amplifier replacement and programing, single and three phase power supplies, low voltage control wiring, overload protection resetting, AC/DC motor inspection and troubleshooting. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, machine geometry alignments, spindle inspection/replacement, ball screw inspection, Bearing preload settings, High Pressure coolant system adjustments, and general component diagnosis and repair.
