Job Title Field Service Engineer / Service Technician Department Customer Care Reports To Product Service Manager FLSA Exempt Location Hamilton, Ohio Summary The Field Service Engineer/Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced CNC sheet-metal processing equipment and automated manufacturing systems at customer facilities. The Field Service Engineer/Technician works independently and in cooperation with customers, technical support, engineering, spare parts, installation, and service management to restore equipment performance, minimize customer downtime, and provide a professional customer experience.
