Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, ladders, lifts, PPE, test equipment, inventory, and truck stock in safe, clean, secure, and serviceable condition; communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding arrival, access, work status, delays, completion, and follow-up needs. Complete accurate and timely service tickets, inspection reports, installation reports, time entries, material usage, test records, customer signatures, and required closeout documentation, including detailed notes regarding work performed, findings, system status, and follow-up requirements.
